Hints for Success
-
Have a positive attitude.
-
Prepare for and attend class.
-
Do recommended assignments. One to two hours of study time should be spent
outside of class for every hour in class.
-
Attendance in class is of paramount importance. We shall follow the rules
of the college. Attending all lectures is essential for success in this
course. Lectures reinforce and explain concepts presented in the text.
-
Be on time for all classes. Chronic lateness will not be tolerated. Late
arrivals are disruptive to the class atmosphere.
-
If you must miss a test it must be made up in the Math Lab(S-20) prior
to the next class meeting. There are no exceptions to this rule unless
a valid emergency is proven. There are no make-up on quizzes.
-
I'm available for extra help during my office hours. Tutors are available
in the math lab.
